$275.00 to $295.00 per night (plus tax) (double occupancy)
Two night minimum stay required in season.
Three night minimum stay on Holiday weekends.
Reservations are accepted upon receipt of 50% of room rate. One night stays - 100% of room rate required prior to stay. Cancellations may be made fourteen (14) days in advance with a $25.00 cancellation fee, or deposit will be forfeited. (For weddings/private parties reserving all 3 guest rooms, a 30 day cancellation notice shall apply). Room rate charges subject to change without prior notice.
The Blue Iris is a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE environment. All rooms are rented double occupancy only. Sorry, we cannot accomodate children.
Check In - 3:00-6:00 PM
Failure to check in by 6:00 PM will be considered a cancellation, in which case there is no refund. Rooms will be held for late check-in only by prior arrangement.
